Before making a booking please review the relevant page for your animal (dogs, cats, other animals), and also check out our FAQ page for other info.

Once we receive your booking request we will contact you to confirm your booking.

All bookings require a $50 to be confirmed. All Christmas and Easter bookings require a $100 to be confirmed.

Sharing accomodation and play time?

If boarding more than one animal of the same species, do you give permission for them to share accommodation and play time? Dogs who are no desexed cannot share accommodation no matter their sex. Windamere reserves the right to separate at any point should they deem it necessary. If your dog sufferes form aggression, anxiety, resource guarding, canine reactivity or other related behavioural issues it is advised to book separate accommodation. Windamere will do everything they can to keep your animals as close as possible during their stay.
All guests must have a current vaccination (C5 for dogs & minimum F3 for cats). We require you have a two-week grace period between your pet receiving their vaccination and boarding. Certificates must be brought in every visit.

All guests staying during non-peak period dates will receive a non-peak discount. Prices can be found on our website.

Please refer to the checklist of items you will need before arriving.

All medications must come in its original packaging from the veterinary clinic, please do not decanter it as we need the instructions. Insulin or dogs currently suffering form current illness or injury should be discussed before booking as boarding may be unsuitable.

You are not required to bring any bedding or toys, we recommend using our equipment as we have ample supply and we cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings.

Every guest must have an emergency contact we can call in the event of an emergency here in Adelaide. In the event you cannot or do not supply one we will take all directions of our veterinarian at your own cost.
