Our priority is always the hands-on care of our guests. Because we are often out in the yards or with the animals, we are sometimes unavailable to answer the phone immediately. Email is our preferred and fastest method of contact.

Our most popular extracurricular activity is our Paws & Play sessions. Paws & Play is all about making the day extra special with tailored one-on-one attention. Because every guest is unique, we choose the activity that best suits their personality:

𝗙𝗼𝗿 π˜π—΅π—² π—–π˜‚π—±π—±π—Ήπ—²-π—•π˜‚π—΄π˜€: Chilling on the grass with tummy rubs from their favourite carer.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 π—Όπ˜‚π—Ώ 𝗙𝗲𝗹𝗢𝗻𝗲 π—™π—Ώπ—Άπ—²π—»π—±π˜€: Dedicated one-on-one playtime and enrichment in their condo.

We caught this moment with Liesl & Elsa in the playpen this week. It turns out that when there are treats on the line, all loyalty goes right out the window. Just a gentle "stiff-arm" to make sure they get to the front of the line!
