Please note: Our priority is always the hands-on care of our guests. Because we are often out in the yards or with the animals, we are sometimes unavailable to answer the phone immediately. Email is our preferred and fastest method of contact.

Guest Check-in & Collection

To ensure a smooth transition for our guests, we operate during these specific windows:

Monday – Friday:

Morning: 7:30 am – 10:00 am
Afternoons: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Saturday

8:30 am – 10:30 am

Sunday

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Closed mornings Public Holidays.

Closed Sundays of long weekends.

Hours may differ during peak periods.

Hours WILL differ during Christmas & Easter periods.

Adelaide Cup is coming up! Our hours will be slightly different over the long weekend.

Fri 6th: Usual hours
Sat 7th: 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Sun 8th: Closed
Mon 9th: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Tue 10th: Usual hours

Don`t stress, just because we`re closed doesn`t mean that our guests aren`t fed and cared for. It just means that there are no pick-ups or drop-offs on that day.

Our office will not be manned over the weekend, so please email us through our website or directly to info@hedgegrove.com.au should you need to contact us.

Little Benji was the cutest little trooper in the bath tub this week. They came out squeaky clean and ready to take on the world 😁

You can book your dog in for a bath during their next stay, and dogs staying five days or longer receive a complimentary hydro bath before departure. This way, they head home fresh, relaxed, and cuddle-ready. 🛁🧼
