We wanted to share a reminder of our current hours to help you plan your next visit! You`ll find our Arrival/Departure and Office times in the image below.

You might notice we keep our check-in and collection windows specific. We do this entirely for our guests! As any pet parent knows, the sound of a car in the driveway or a new friend arriving can get the whole "pack" pretty rowdy.

By limiting foot traffic to certain times, we ensure the rest of the day is dedicated to Quiet Time. This allows our guests to relax and enjoy a stress-free environment without being disturbed by constant "hellos" and "goodbyes."

Our Office Hours (Monโ€“Fri, 9amโ€“5pm) are when we tackle our admin, but because our team is primarily focused on hands-on care, we aren`t always available by phone. If we don`t answer, it`s usually because we`re busy with a happy guest!

Email is always our preferred and fastest method of contact. It allows us to keep our focus on the animals while getting back to your enquiries as soon as we step back into the office.
