Unsurprisingly, Easter is one of our busiest times of the year. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through our weekend updates.

𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀

Thursday is a high-traffic day. While we try to run smoothly, we never rush a drop-off. We ask for your patience during check-in as there may be a short wait. We want to ensure every animal starts their Hedgegrove vacation off right.

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

To ensure a smooth drop-off, make sure to bring the required vaccination records with you. We suggest keeping a photo of your pets` vaccination records on your phone so you`re never without them!

Ensure all necessary medications are clearly labelled, and directions are given to staff at drop-off.

𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀

Our hours are strictly for pre-booked drop-offs and collections only. We will not be open to the general public for enquiries or tours during this period so that we can focus entirely on our guests.

Thursday: Open until midday
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Important: Our office hours are strictly enforced. To avoid out-of-office fees, please ensure you arrive within these listed windows.
